Problems:

Pop-up message when launching as a non-admin:

"Please Log-On with an Admin account to access Adobe Premiere Elements."

Also encountered licensing complaints when using the application between user accounts. Had to use "Run as Administrator" for initial launch, and subsequent launches would still fail.

Workarounds:

None. Choose a different product.
