Problems:

Defaults to a folder in the root of %systemdrive% (usually C:\music) for storing its output.

Attempting to change the path as a limited user results in Runtime error 75: File/Path Access Error. It also exits prematurely.

Workarounds:

(untested) Grant Modify access for the installation folder to the built-in Users group.

WARNING: This may expose your MP3 Workshop installation to abuse by limited users.
