Product:

TS Drop Copy 1.02

Category:

Network Support

Problems:

Uses installation folder to save temporary files during transfers, and fails as a limited user both on the client and on the Terminal Server.

Limited users are the default users in a Windows 2000 Domain and on a Terminal Server in Application Server mode, making this a problem on secured Terminal Server installations.

Workarounds:

Grant Modify access for the built-in Users local group to the installation folder on both the Terminal Server and on the client computer, by default:

%programfiles%\AnalogX\TSDropCopy

Also copy the AnalogX program group from the installed user's Start Menu to the "All Users" Start Menu.

WARNING: This workaround may expose your TS Drop Copy installation to abuse by limited users.
